1. Client Obligations

• You are responsible for supplying all necessary paperwork this includes, but is not limited to, valid passports, academic transcripts, degree certificates, and professional references. GQ Travels cannot be held accountable for any setbacks or refusals resulting from missing or incorrect documents.

2. Information Accuracy

• You must verify that every document and detail you submit is truthful and correct. Any inconsistencies could delay or derail your application, and GQ Travels bears no responsibility for such outcomes.

3. Service Coverage

• Each GQ Travels package includes support for applications to up to three (3) institutions. Should you wish to apply to more, additional fees will apply.
• While we’ll assist with paperwork, editing, and guidance, admission decisions remain at the sole discretion of the schools.

4. Payment Terms and Service Fees

4.1. Standard Application Package Fee: The total fee for our Standard Application Package (Covering assistance for up to three institutions in Canada, the United States, U.K, Europe, Australia, or Ireland e.t.c) is Two Hundred and Fifty United States Dollars ($250 USD).

4.2. What’s Included in the $250 Fee: This fee covers our professional services as outlined in the “Standard Application Package” description on our website, including: 

* Comprehensive Application Support for up to three (3) schools.

 * Professional Statement of Purpose (SOP) writing/review and strategic guidance for up to three (3) SOPs.

 * Academic Curriculum Vitae (CV) preparation. 

* Thorough Document Review and Profile Matching. 

* Access to our platform, ongoing support, and application tracking services.

4.3. Exclusions from the $250 Fee: Please note that the $250 USD package fee does NOT include university application fees, standardized test fees (e.g., GRE, GMAT, SAT, IELTS, TOEFL), visa application fees, flight tickets, living expenses, or any other external charges not explicitly listed in Section 4.2. Clients are solely responsible for these additional costs, which are paid directly to the respective universities, testing bodies, or government agencies.

4.4. Installment Payment Plan for the Standard Application Package: For your convenience, the $250 USD fee for the Standard Application Package can be paid in two (2) installments: 

* First Installment: One Hundred and Fifty United States Dollars ($150 USD) 

* Due Date: This payment is due immediately upon your acceptance of our service terms and conditions, and before the commencement of any services, including initial profile assessment, document review, and the drafting of your SOPs and Academic CV. This payment activates your service with us. 

* Second Installment: One Hundred United States Dollars ($100 USD) 

* Due Date: This final payment is due strictly before the submission of your third university application. No application to the third institution will be processed or submitted until this final payment is received in full.

4.5. Payment Acceptance: By selecting the Standard Application Package and proceeding with the initial payment, you acknowledge and agree to the total fee of $250 USD and commit to adhering to the two-installment payment schedule outlined in Section 4.4.

4.6. Timeline & Deadlines

The second payment must be completed within 14 calendar days of the first payment.

Late Payments and Service Suspension: 

* Failure to make the second installment payment within this period, we reserve the right to suspend or discontinue all ongoing services, including but not limited to, application processing, document finalization, and communication with universities on your behalf. 

* Services will only resume once the outstanding payment, including any applicable late fees (as detailed in Section 4.7), is received. 

* GSB QUEST/GQ TRAVELS reserves the right to terminate the service agreement if payments remain outstanding for an unreasonable period, without refund of payments already made.

4.7. Late Payment Fees: A late payment fee of [e.g., $15 USD or 5% of the outstanding amount, whichever is higher] may be applied to any installment payment not received by its stipulated due date (i.e. In cases of extended delay, the client may be required to pay a late reactivation fee to resume the process.)

4.8. Non-Refundable Payments: All payments made to GSB QUEST/GQ TRAVELS for services rendered are non-refundable, except as explicitly stated in our Cancellation and Refund Policy (see Section [5]).

5. Refund Policy

• All payments made are non-refundable, regardless of changes in client decision or circumstances.

• Once we begin processing your applications (e.g., reviewing documents or writing SOP), all service fees are final, and refunds cannot be issued. The only exception is if GQ Travels fails to deliver the agreed-upon services due to internal error.

6. Client Responsibility

• Clients must ensure timely communication and submission of all necessary documents.

• Delays in document provision may affect the application timeline and are solely the responsibility of the client.
• Timely responses and document submissions are crucial. If you don’t reply to our questions or miss deadlines, your applications may be delayed or we may have to suspend our services.

7. Currency Fluctuation Notice

All payments are calculated in USD. Naira equivalents will be based on the prevailing black market/parallel rate at the time of payment.

8. Privacy and Confidentiality

• All materials and personal information you share with GQ Travels are kept strictly confidential and used only to support your applications. Read more here

9. Liability Limits

• GQ Travels is not liable for application rejections, visa refusals, or processing delays caused by schools, consulates, or other external parties.
